HGB in the Community

Arizona Women Lawyers Association's Annual Convention

I was asked to be a panelist at the Arizona Women Lawyers Association’s Annual Convention and spoke to many wonderful members of our legal community on advocating their way to success. The major talking points revolved around “Advancing Your Career” and “Negotiating Compensation” in the private, in-house, and government sectors. Depending upon the area, the advice varied, but the most critical themes included self-advocacy, the power of knowledge, and the importance of building relationships. It was a pleasure to present and recognizing how important these topics were to so many, we will be sure to share more in future communications.
